2. How does the rental process work?

It’s easy!

  1. Browse our rental items on our website.
  2. Select the items and dates you need.
  3. Complete your reservation and payment.
  4. We deliver the gear to your vacation rental, hotel, or other specified location.
  5. After your trip, we’ll pick everything up—no stress for you!

3. How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend reserving your items as early as possible, especially during peak vacation seasons. Last-minute bookings are welcome based on availability.


4. Do you charge a delivery fee?

Delivery is $10 for pick up and delivery total within Panama City Beach. It is FREE if rent over $150! We also serve surrounding areas for an additional fee, depending on distance.


5. Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, we require a minimum rental period of 2 days.


6. Are the rental items clean and safe?

Absolutely! All of our items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected after every rental. Your child’s safety is our top priority.


7. What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We understand that plans change!

  • Full refund if canceled 5+ days before your rental start date.
  • Partial refund for cancellations made within 3 days.
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of delivery.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure online payment system.


9. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a refundable security deposit for certain items. This will be refunded after the gear is returned in good condition.


10. What if an item gets damaged during my rental?

Accidents happen! Please contact us right away. Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage or loss may result in repair or replacement fees, which may be deducted from your deposit.


11. Can you deliver before we arrive?

Yes! We can coordinate with your rental property or hotel to have the gear delivered before your arrival when allowed. Just let us know your check-in details.


12. How do I return the rental items?

No need to worry—we’ll handle pickup! Simply leave the gear in the agreed location, and we’ll pick it up at the scheduled time.


13. I don’t see something I need. Can you help?
